Yes, your Sustainable Home Specialist is your primary contact for repairs. If they don’t offer repairs, you can contact the Daikin Customer Contact Centre, who will give you a list of installers who can carry out repairs on your unit.

Yes and no. If the issue is covered by the warranty, then the repair is free of charge. However, if it's an issue outside the terms of the warranty, repair costs will not be included.
