We’ll match you with a certified Daikin installer who will reach out to you to discuss your heating needs and options.
- Receive your reward
Once your Daikin heat pump is installed, both you and your referring friend will receive a special reward. Make sure to check the terms and conditions in advance.

Daikin Europe N.V. Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 14 May 2025
These Referral Programme Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral programme (the "Programme") offered by [affiliate legal name] ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Programme is open to Referrers who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid and active account with Stand By Me.
1.2 The Programme is only available to residents of [AFFILIATE COUNTRY].
2. How to participate
2.1 Eligible participants ("Referrers") may refer friends, family, or other contacts ("Referees") to Daikin Europe N.V. by sharing a unique referral link or code provided by Daikin Europe N.V.
2.2 In order for the Referrer and/or Referee to qualify for any reward under the Programme, the Referee must use the referral link to provide his/her details allowing the installer to contact the Referee and enter the email address of the Referrer when signing up for Stand By Me after making a purchase considered a Qualifying Action as defined in Section 3.
2.3 Referral links and codes must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Public distribution on deal or coupon websites is prohibited.
3. Referral rewards
3.1 A "Qualifying Action" is defined as the purchase of a heat pump by a Referee, followed by registration in Stand By Me, during which the Referee enters the Referrer’s email address in the dedicated field.
3.2 Subject to these Terms, a Referrer and/or Referee shall be eligible to receive a referral reward ("Referral Reward") for each Referee who completes a Qualifying Action.
3.3 The value and form of the Referral Reward for the Referrer shall be [TO BE COMPLETED], as determined solely by [AFFILIATE LEGAL NAME].
3.4 The value and form of the Referral Reward for the Referee shall be [TO BE COMPLETED], as determined solely by [AFFILIATE LEGAL NAME].
3.5 Referral Rewards will be issued within [e.g., 30 days – TO BE DEFINED BY AFFILIATE] after the Qualifying Action is completed and verified.
3.6 Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit unless expressly stated.
4. Prohibited conduct
4.1 Participants may not refer themselves, create multiple or fake accounts, or use false information to participate in the Programme.
4.2 Participants must not engage in spamming, bulk messaging, paid advertising, or any form of deceptive or unethical referral practices.
4.3 Any violation of these Terms, misuse of the Programme, or fraudulent behaviour, as determined by [AFFILIATE LEGAL NAME] in its sole discretion, will result in disqualification from the Programme and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
5. Right to modify or terminate
5.1 [AFFILIATE LEGAL NAME] reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Any changes to the Programme will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

7. Governing law and dispute resolution
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Programme shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brussels.
